We’re delighted to share with you our online Yoga Therapy Clinic - a completely free and accessible way to enjoy yoga and mindfulness practices designed just for you. 

Now, our community members can register to work with our Yoga Therapist Candidates - YTC's - while they are in their final stages of certification. Our YTC's are experienced teachers with an additional 600 hours of training in personalizing asana, mindfulness, meditation and more! Yoga Therapy can be used to:

• Support in managing stress, anxiety or seasonal depression

• Personalize your practice for your body and intentions

• Support injury recovery & disease management

• Start or deepen your meditation or mindfulness practice

• Or to simply deepen your knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda
